Hola a todos, mi nombre es Diana y quiero aclarar que borré un comentario anterior que publiqué acerca del Hotel por un malentendido, me molesté porque solicité algo extra para el baño y la encargada me explicó las reglas del Hotel, pero aún así no me negó lo que le pedí. Hay ocasiones que como clientes no somos tolerantes y queremos que los empleados de los lugares a los que asistimos hagan lo que queremos por capricho y eso está mal porque hay reglas que se tienen que seguir. Recomiendo 100% al Hotel, las habitaciones son cómodas e higiénicas, el personal es amable, atento y servicial. Les aseguro que tendrán una estancia placentera si se hospedan en el, no duden en visitarlo! Gracias!!!!

He sido huésped varias veces en ese hotel Pero la señora Patricia tiene una actitud fatal con los huéspedes y no soluciona los problemas. que van subiendo con huéspedes (toca cuando el huésped está descansando. los controles no funcionan no da cobijas detrás) a parte lleva a sus hijos. ( que no cuida ya que su hijo golpeó a un huéspedes con la pelota.y la señora Patricia No se encontraba ni trabajando ni en el hotel . Por favor hablen con ella pues deja mucho que desear.con sus actividades y familias Gracias
